Globe Engineering has been retained to provide civil engineering services for a new residence at 5 Angelfish Cay Drive, in Ocean Reef. This canal front property has an existing residence which will demolished and a replaced with a new 2-story residence with an infinity pool. We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, gravity sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and drainage plans and calculations. This is the 2nd residence that Globe Engineering has worked on in the exclusive community of Ocean Reef.

Globe Engineering prepared the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) a.k.a. Erosion Control Plan for the demucking and proposed construction of taxi lanes and aprons east of the north runway, on a 9.1 acres site.

Located next the the Swimming Hall of Fame on the intracoastal waterway, this busy restaurant is expanding and is short of parking spaces for their patrons. Therefore the entire parking lot layout will be revised to increase the number of parkings spaces.
The scope of work includes paving and storm drainage improvement, landscaping and irrigation improvements, and permitting through the City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County Environmental Protection Department, and the Florida Department of Transportation.

This new office / warehouse project is located on Ravenswood Road, on a vacant site just under 1 acre in size.
We will be designing the storm drainage system, a fireline and fire hydrant, as well as a new 8" gravity sanitary sewer on Ravenswood Road.

This project is located at the southwest corner of White Feather Trail and Military Trail on a 1.01 acre site.
The existing single family home will be demolished and a new 2-story private medical facility building will be constructed.
The infrastructure consist of a new parking lot and storm drainage system, new potable water, and a private lift station with 1400 linear feet of force main.

Globe Engineering will be providing civil engineering services to the Trojan House, a non-profit organization located in Lake Worth, Florida.
The Trojan House trains young persons to be carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.
These young persons will be remodeling Lake Worth's oldest house, which was relocated to its present location of the northwest corner of Lake Worth Road and North "A" Street, in downtown Lake Worth.

Globe Engineering will be providing civil engineering services for this new project, located at the southwest corner of Broward Avenue and 10th Avenue North in Greenacres, Palm Beach County, Florida. Green House Bazaar will be a fresh fruit market.

Globe Engineering has been retained to design this facility. As the Engineer of Record, Globe Engineering will design and permit the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection system including a lift station, and the paving and storm drainage system.

New Hope Church, located on Dykes Road in Southwest Ranches, Florida, has retained us for their expansion, consisting of a new sanctuary building, new classrooms, and additional 140 space parking lot. The church site is about 4.2 acres and Globe Engineering will provide civil engineering services for the new septic systems, water distribution system including fire hydrants and fire line, and paving and drainage.

The Mizner Court Homeowners Association, located in Boca Raton, who's irrigation system is presently on City water, has retained us to connect to the City's reuse system.
This will drastically reduce their monthly irrigation bill by as much as 80%.
